The night after my daughter was diagnosed with osteosarcoma–a rare form of bone cancer–Andy was on the phone with me late at night, preparing me for the conversation we would have with the orthopedic oncologist.  

He talked me through what to expect and what questions I should ask, as well as how to get our daughter into treatment as quickly as possible.  His advice was absolutely correct and allowed us to feel confident that the best decision, given the options nearby, was to start chemo locally right away while looking for the best surgical options when the time came.

Thanks to his guidance and network, we have received excellent care during chemo and also found a surgical option that far exceeds what most of our doctors were even aware of initially.  Having his input, expertise, and support in getting our daughter’s care right was absolutely invaluable.  I would recommend him to anyone facing the uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis.
